In this accommodation we have two double rooms, easily adaptable, in single, double or triple. The bedroom furniture is simple but comfortable, with double wardrobe and laundry basket, dresser, two nightstands. Climate control.
The rooms have a shared bathroom, with inside shower, bidet, toilet, washing machine, heated towel rail.
The kitchen is equipped with everything: dishes, oven, cleaning supplies.
Outside, out of the kitchen, there is a comfortable garden, with gazebo, table and chairs, where in summer is comfortable outdoor dining.
Parking is in front of the house.

But remember ... this is not the only solution that we ... do not forget to consult our partners structures, sea front, to lucrative prices and with many beds!


Outline of our area:
The border between Pescara and Francavilla, has the advantage of being a few meters from Pescara, 2 km from the airport, 2 km from the center, 1 km from the marina and the sea bridge. The area is served by: bathing, beach, supermarkets (Todis, soap and water, food) bars, pizzerias, restaurants, sandwich shop, church, small park playground, rotisserie, pizza slices, takeaway kebabs, newsagent, tobacco shop, pharmacy.

Solutions for every need: air-conditioned rooms or self-contained apartments, beachfront, in agreement with exclusive beach club, with beautiful playground, self-service lunch and seafood restaurant or pizza in the evening ... But if you want, we also have the 'umbrella provided, and choose to enjoy the beach.
